I'm gonna start using this site..I really am! I've done a lot of painting lately but my scanner's a piece of crap and I'm waiting for the new one I'm getting for my b-day. Anyway, I haven't really been on the computer much lately...my laptop no longer stays illuminated, I have to close it and open it numerous times for it to stay lit a few minutes and then it just shuts off again. Its sad really T^T...that combined with the fact that my boyfriend cheated on me...I'm not actually that broken up over it, I just threw my energy into my soon-to-be-purchased hermit crab which I have already deemed "Banjo" (it was almost Morty but I'm saving that for the next cat/dog I get). Who knew those little guys require so much care!! But its worth it to be able to have a pet at college. I'm soooo broken up about having to leave Chalupa behind (he's my gorgeous, super model cat...with a bit of a pot belly). Especially after just coughing up thousands of dollars to get him surgery after a mishap with a needle and string...long story but the short of it is it wasn't my fault but my sister's neglegence concerning sewing that created such a dent in my wallet. I leave for VA (woohoo haha) soon for a week then its toting my butt off to college! My sis is at the same college I'm going to so really there's no anxiety involved. But I've never really been a homesick prone person...though the longest I've been away from home was only a month...oh well I'm not worried. Anyway, I hope everyone's summer is going wonderfully!!!
